Please help
For past three years I suffered from acidity.now I am not taking medicine s.but when I take some spicy food,milk or when I eat stomach full.next day I get cold,nose blockage fever for five days.what is the reason for this  disease.please help.

Cold , nose block , fever frequently suggests low immunity .. pls start taking chavanprash to boost up ur immunity .. Secondly for ur acidity , take timely food , no late night dinner , take light food , avoid outside food

Some thing is not suit you means ( jo ap kha rae ho un main se koi chej apko allergy kr rai ha .so jis din ap spicy food khate ho us din ka diet chart bnao or note kro sara din apne kya khaea or notice kro k kya khane k bad apko fever vgra ho raha ha then stop eating that spicy things.) :-second don't go on crouded area. :-third it may be because of weather . :- eat simple and healthy at home.do not eat out side. :- if you are living in a city then whear a mask .it may be because of covid . :- go for routine checkup and blood test ( like TLC,DLC,urine micro) and send that report then we can suggest so medicine etc.

Dr Nitin Kumar here See cough cold fever is not related to your hyperacidity it’s might be viral . Hyperacidity is due to pitta dosa You can use these medicine 1-Shank vati 2-2-2 tid before food 2-Chandanasav or Ushirasav 40 ml 0-40ml before food 3-Ghandrav Hastadi tail -40 ml with 1/2 cup of hot milk at night weekly twice a week (wed sat )

First you have to stop eating spicy food and also milk related foods and drinks, always have warm water at least 3.5 litres per day, add some digestive fruits
