Just removal… let the surgeon take conservative approach… Removal of tooth and its cyst lining will help you from an invasive surgery … also it needs regular follow up post removal every 3 months to confirm the healing and whether the cyst is reducing in its size!!! We have done 2 similar cases and the results of conservative approach are excellent!!!And the cyst size were much larger than yours!!!So highly recommend you to remove the tooth and cystic lining followed by regular follow up and opg regularly
