Dear doctor I noticed a pimple like spot near my lower lips which slowly reduced in size as in the first and second pics attached respectively..both pics are showing the same spot. I I don't find any irritation burning or tingling in the spot but since it's near lips it's looking bad and scaring me.. Please let me know what you think it is.. I'm scared looking at results in internet..
