Please explain this
In this report getting Ewing sarcoma but in fish test showing negative what I need to consider and also.I have sent bone biopsy , in the bone biopsy shows Test : Biopsy, medium Histopathology no: VCD-0303/24 Brief clinical data: ?Metastasis in D12 and L2 vertebrae. ?Infection. Specimens : Biopsy lesions D12 and L2 vertebrae Macroscopic examination : Received a labelled container, with formalin fixative, containing a dark brown blood clot like material, measuring 3.0x1.5x1.0 cm. Tiny fragment of grey-white tissues are seen in the clot. Bits codes : 2/3rds tissue processed. Partially embedded: 01 block. Grossing done by Dr.A.Venugopal. Microscopic examination : Sections show blood clots with fragmented bony trabeculae and haemopoietic tissue. The haemopoietic tissue shows increase in neutrophilic cells. The bony tissue is fragmented. No evidence of granulomata, caseation necrosisk, suppuration seen. No increase in plasma cells, lymphoid cells or other evidence of malignancy

Hi    It seems to be soft tissue sarcoma ,probably a clear cell sarcoma and not ewings sarcoma.please attach other reports also
