Post treatment your PETCT is showing progression. Hence biopsy was advised i think. Biopsy was found out to be necrosis. It is because sample may not be taken from tumor site or it may be responded.

This patient had taken chemotherapy before this surgery , so tumour cells are not present in this specimen , it shows good response chemotherapy.
