Please explain this IHC report lymphoma
My father went through biopsy for 2 times later as suggested we got IHC testing as both the biopsy reports were unclear. Please let me know if any stage of cancer is present and the best course of action further. Source: cervical lymph node biopsy of left level 2. HPE: lymphoproliferative disorder needs to be excluded. CD3: positive in t cells. CD20 & BCI2 & CD10: diffuse and strong positivity in tumor cells. CD23: stains follicular dendritic meshwork. KI 67: 45% in the hotspot. Impression: follicular lymphoma, grade half of 3, predominantly follicular 90%, biopsy cervical lymph node.

Report says he has confirmed follicular lymphoma (cancer). He needs to be consulted with a Medical Oncologist for staging work up followed by chemotherapy if the patient is fit enough.
