Dear Doctor, My husband's HDL and LDL are low but triglycerides. Please Advice. Worried about his health.

Hello, low level have no PROBLEM but triglycerides is very high, VLDL MEANS BAD CHOLESTEROL OS ALSO HIGH. LIFE STYLE N DIET TO BE CHANGED. BRICK WALK TWENTY MINUTE MORNING EVENING, YOGA, PRANAYAM IF POSSIBLE. STRICT VEGITARIAN DIET THAT TOO almost blend means total 8-10 ml oil to be used in whole day BREAKFAST, lunch and dinner all should be in that only. No ghee. It's predisposing factor to heart attack. BP to monitor ECG CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD/ cardiologist as u need regular contact n evaluation for Medicin n test. So I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND NOW WHAT IS THE EMERGENCY.OK.
