I having Gastrics with GERD. But I can able to see mild congestion in throat region later when I done endoscopy due gerd after endoscopy that mild congestion Region there is lot of pain.it feels like that congestion has been disturbed and what ever food I eat or swallow it was paining heavily First when I consulted for that doctor said it was mild tonsils no need medicine only gaggle enough he said. My doubt is tonsils will look like that. Is that tonsils or anything elses what I need to do next? Please check the image

I hope you’re on antacid medication and your tonsils are off small size with a minimal congestion . Most probably your throat pain is because of your acid reflux. Don’t worry about the shape and size of the tonsil it is near normal.
