An X-ray needs to be done to check the position of the wisdom tooth. If it is impacted it may require extraction. It’s position in relation to the nerve has to be carefully checked
As per the details you furnished , the third molar (wisdom tooth) is impacted in the alveolar bone , it won’t erupt anymore , and it’s in close approximation with the nerve ! The treatment would be removal of this tooth , but at the same time you should choose an experienced oral surgeon who can prevent injury to the nerve during extraction!
