Platelets down and high wbc count 21800

Question

Asked for Male, 20 Years

High Wbc count 21000 and low platelets. Aur konsa test karwaye jisse pta chale ki WBC count and low plateletes kyo hai. Lumsum test krwa liye hai aur konse test krwaye PL tell me. Any test Kya kraye ki infection ka pta chale. HIV test bhi krwa liya. Any suggestion please and any test.
