Platelets count decrease

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My brother's age is 42. his platelets is 85000 now and from past 6 months it kept increases after proper diet and all and suddenly it decreases and he is tested negative for dengue all time and he is having constant weakness and now vibrations all over body. He is very worried. Can you suggest is it something serious? What could be the reasons?

Any type of liver disease or autoimmune disease can also result in low platelet count if it was normal since birth.
