Platelets count 10000 without dengue

Question

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Platelets reduced to 10000 and after infusion of platelets it has increased to 3 lakhs ,then same day again it reached 1.2 lakhs and now at 1 lakhs only .I have no fever and all test are negative . What to do .Will I wait to increase my count or do any further test . I am I safe or any danger ahead .
