Planter Facilitis
Due to running I think I have developed planter facilistis, it pains a lot while walking or running. I need help in reducing pain so that I can walk and run normally again.

Since its a self diagnosis so I don't believe that you.Pls find a good physio you may have fat pad syndrome also or spur or just alignment issue.

Visit a good physiotherapist and take CLASS IV LASER Treatment with UST at the affected area, this will reduce your pain and inflammation significantly. Take moist heat several times a day.

do proper stretches and exercises as told by physio, wear soft sole shoes and check if you have flat foot. put legs in warm water twice daily.
