Pain can be relieved with physiotherapy treatment - ultrasound to reduce inflammation, stretching of plantar fascia. After pain subsides, you will need to start strengthening exercises. You also need to get your foot assessed. If foot alignment is a problem, then treatment needs to be planned accordingly. If calf muscles are tight, then stretching will be required. Footwear modification may be required.
Health Tips
If pain is too severe at present, then silicon heal cushion inserts in shoes will help.
