I have started feeling pain in the feet of the legs after sleep or after sitting for a longer time. This been 2 months I am feeling pain. Any exercise for this?

You are seems to be suffering from Plantar fasciitis .
Hot & cold bath 1 minute on each repeat for 5 times end with cold bath. Some gentle exercises of ankle & foot .
Stretching of calf muscles with 30 seconds hold & 5 repetitions will help to reduce pain effectively.
Do all above once in a day for 5 days.
If there is no remarkable relief then go to consult an expert physiotherapist for physiotherapy .
