Hello Doctor, I am consulting for my wife (26 years old) and myself (29 years old). We have been married for 3.5 years. We maintain a healthy lifestyle with absolutely no history of smoking, alcohol, or substance use. Our Primary Concern & Medical History: Unconsummated Marriage & Suspected Vaginismus: Due to severe penetration difficulties and anxiety, we have not been able to have proper sexual intercourse in these 3.5 years. We suspect my wife might be experiencing Vaginismus. We are unsure if her hymen is intact or broken. Recent Conception Attempt via Home Insemination: Because intercourse was not possible, we decided to use the Nory Home Insemination Kit. Her Last Menstrual Period (LMP) started on 25th May at 10:30 PM. Based on calculations, we performed home insemination twice, on 7th June and 10th June. Current Cycle Status: Unfortunately, she got her periods on 24th June evening, indicating that conception did not occur in this cycle.
