Planning for second pregnancy
Hi, I have fertility issues like pcod, irregular cycle and no egg growth. after lots of fertility injection for egg growth (tried 6cycles), thought egg size was good I was not able to get pregnant. So ovarian drilling through laproscopy was done and got pregnant in immediate next cycle. Had some complications in that cycle due to multiple fetus and one tube was removed. However my first baby was born in same cycle, healthily. I am planning for my second pregnancy now, We tried injections again for egg growth but that combination dint work for 2 times. Doctor advised in next cycle we will try with Follisurge 75 IU and gave medicine for my husband's healthy sperm too (as he had Tetrazoospermia during that last 2 trials and now after medication it has come to Normozoospermia). My question is can I get pregnant with the fertility treatment of injections itself, I did my laproscopy 3yrs ago. Will that surgery have effect till now or again laproscopy needed for second pregnancy?
