Planning for baby
Last month my period was on 17th August and continued for 4 days .This month my period started on 16th September and ended today on 19th September. What will be my ovulation days to conceive? Please help as I'm planning for pregnancy.

In a 30 day cycle ovulation takes place on 16 th day . So now your ovulation will happen on 1 October plus or minus 2 days(29September-3rdOctober)

Use I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses from day 10 of periods onwards. Take Tablet Fertisure F for female partner and Tablet Fertisper for Male partner once at bedtime daily for three months

From day 4 of periods you can take Tablet Letrozole 2.5 mg at bedtime once every night from day 4-8 for 5 days

Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown. Avoid papaya and pineapple
