Start folic acid. Consult doctor. Get proper knowledge about reproductive health, facts about conception, fertile period etc. Give proper medical history. Follow instructions about investigations and medicines. Keep your lifestyle healthy and eat nutritious food. Don't be anxious, be cheerful.

Hi ...It's always a great idea to consult a doctor before conceiving. The doctor will take history, do appropriate checkup and prescribe prenatal vitamins. Regarding food , just healthy complete diet is enough and avoiding alcohol, smoking and excessive caffeine Thanks Dr Deepti Gupta
