Placebo effect..
Hello doctor, Will the medicine work without the placebo effect?if there is no placebo effect, will the medicine still work?currently my daughter who is 8years old takes the medicines on her own,so obviously she will not have any expectations hence will not have a placebo effect when she is taking the pills/medicines,so will the medicines still work?

Homoeopathic medicines have shown improvement in mentally unstable patients, infants, animals and even on people who did not believe in Homoeopathy. So it's definitely not about placebo effect
Next Steps
You can see for yourself after giving medicine to your child
Health Tips
Homoeopathy medicines will show effect only if correct medicines, potency and dosage are given according to the case of patient. So if it doesn't show any effect then it means that medicine, potency or dosage needs to be changed.

Homeopathic medicine works in infants who are even unaware about what they are consuming, but they respond to treatment, even in an acute emergency. In the same way i also give medicine to pets and it works. The placebo effect is a real phenomenon in any medicine field but what i witness in my daily practice is the curative action of medicine and not the placebo effect alone. So yes medicine will work for sure in your case.
