General homeopathy dilutions
As homeopathic medicines are usually very highly diluted using an alcohol or a water base, how will the medicine molecules be actually present in such high dilutions? Is it true that homeopathy works only on placebo effect or is there something called water memory that actually gets the characteristics of the medicine molecules when diluted? Please explain. Thank you for your time!

Homeopathy is not work on placebo effect. Its work on definite principle. How vaccination work (  Vaccination is the administration of a vaccine to help the immune system develop protection from a disease. Vaccines contain a microorganism or virus in a weakened, live or killed state, or proteins or toxins from the organism. Administered in minute dose that develop immunity against disease nd protect you from disease.) Similarly homeopathy medicine works but we use medicine in potentised form it works to built immune system against disease. Homeopathy cures the patient not suppress the disease.

Excellent query,  its diluted definently but has its impressions which are invisible and only carries energy which we are unable to distinguish with our available resources, sure time will come where they can identify the same, but the efficacy is significant when correct medicine is prescribed
Next Steps
definitely better than harmful medications like steroids and painkillers which doesn't cure

Its definitely not placebo effect. Scientist Bellary of an IIT a few years back could prove the presence of nanoparticles of principal raw material in homoeopathic drugs especially in high potencies. You may refer the paper on website of CCRH.
