Pitachiae on hand
I get a red rash on my hands frequently. Sometimes its more and sometimes its less and it comes and goes on its own and its been many years now. My doctor said it is the blood vessels bursting under the skin particularly known as pitachiae. It does not itch or burn or cause any harm but it keeps coming and going. What is the cause
