Pins and needles in middle finger
I am having sensation of pins and needles on middle finger of my right hand from 1 month and its going to be worst.
Its painful in morning and night. Also very painful wjen i use keyboard.

⢠Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold.
