I have a pinprick sized red dot under the skin on my middle finger on my left hand. It looks like someone somehow poked my finger with a needle, but underneath the top layers of skin. It’s been there for a couple weeks now and shows no signs of going away. What could it be? I tried googling and didn’t find anything like it. It doesn’t hurt or anything, and it’s only the one single red dot, but I’m still concerned since it’s been there for a while now.
