Hello, I have been facing this issue of the cyst rupturing regularly. I am in IT profession and I can't avoid sitting for prolonged periods. I have not visited any doctor yet as it is located at the start of the buttocks area and frankly it's a bit embarrassing. Is there any medications (ayurvedic/homeopathic) that I can get without a prescription ? What other ways can I eliminate this problem ? Just a background about myself : I consider myself fairly active, around 3-5 kms of walk every day. Not obese and I do maintain proper hygiene. Any help will be appreciated.
