  4. Pinky toe fracture. Training next month!

Hello doctor I had a pinky toe fracture on Feb 8 of this following year i had x Ray and my doctor told It has healed now I had limpse when I walk my friend told me to message it and put it in hot water and ask to do physiotherapy but my told say no need to do it so I need ur help i had to join training next month
