Pinkish red Urine
Hello dr, a week back I noticed reddish color Urine. After 2days upon urine Routine analysis revealed plenty of RBC and pus cells, next day the color was darker so did a KUB ultrasound which came out clear wit no observations. So Dr suggested we wait for culture test. And next step will b to do a urinary protein and albumin test and meet a nephrologist. On the 3rd day my culture report came out as no growth observed And from the same day my urine color resumed normal... no more hue of red-pink anything- jus regular. So, my question is 1. since my urine color returned to normal and ultrasound and culture tests are al clear- should I ignore this episode. 2. since initially we found blood cells and pus in routine analysis on day 3- continue with protein & albumin further test and Meet nephrologist or urologist..?? 3. Do another urine routine test again(since urine has returned to normal color) to check if there is any pus cells or RCB present Thank you in advance.!

If urine test did not reveal any infection and ultrasound is normal, then must watch for any recurrence of blood in urine. It it will recur then CECT Urography will be required. And if no redness in future than can repeat urine r/m and USG KUB after 3 months, to look any abnormality.
