Very tiny thread like red worm in urine, noticed 2 to 3 times this week. No other symptoms..I'm pregnant currently and in 32 weeks. What could it be ? Please help.

That was most probably tiny thread of blood clot. And if that was really a worm than you need to collect urine sample of that and consult with a local urologist for further work up for making diagnosis and treatment.
