Pink Rashes on neck and itching

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have developed these rashes yesterday. These started with itching on my neck and that area which had itching developed into small pink things like misquote bite. But these are itching. Only in this neck portion it's spread like this with a diameter of 2 cms. But in other areas like ankle and hand it's coming up, like, one blister at a time and not itching much. It's not like chicken pox or meseals, since I had these earlier. Please advice what to do ?
