Acne may get aggravated by foods with high glycemic index like chocolates, ice cream, etc. Also try to avoid oily and fried food. Hormonal changes do occur in teen age which activate sebaceous (oil secreting) glands, causing pimples. Kindly send me images of your face so that I can suggest medicine.
