I am having pinching pain in the center of chest and under left armpit it comes and goes I also have acid reflux problem . Does this is heart related issue or due to acid

You can never be sure if it is Acid Reflux our heart related issue. So whenever you are having this pain you must get an ECG done right at that time. For acidity I would advise you to take one tablet rabeprazole 40mg daily empty stomach. Also drink lots of water and avoid non veg on daily basis. Do brisk walking in the morning and in the evening. Whenever you are having this pinching pain in the centre of your chest do not lie down but stand up and drink water.
