Pinched/trapped nerve?
I am having side hip soreness and tingling with burning sensation on feet/leg. When I sleep flat and take my leg up i feel like the nerve is getting pulled. Can this be the reason why I am having the pain/burning?
I have been prescribed NSAID for 5 days.
Naproxen 500mg 2x a day for 5 days.
Please help me why is this happening. What exercises should ai do.
