Pin sensatio/itching - stay long in sun
Good day, Since I was a kid, I had same problem. Whenever I stay long in sunlight in winters only, I feel itching or kind of needle sensation in random parts of body. They are not painful but are like sensation only. This problem occurs in winters only, never experienced in any other season. It starts when I start sweting little bit.

Yes, it is mainly because of less hydration to skin as we get less thirst in winters. Also some individuals has hair roots goose sensation if cold is exposed suddenly and there is nerve stimulation due to this.
