Pin needles kind of small dots on palm
In my both palms some kind of pins type very some formations happen and each palm has around 30+ each. Those can be felt only when touch and rub it. And even I can remove them by my nails but then grow after some days. Not sure what it is exactly.
They r not warts or any skin tags. They r very small thing smaller than stapler pin.
Check very small dot kind thing which is there in attached images.
