Pimples prblm & dark spot
My face is not clear all pimple marks, dark patches at lip edges and right from my childhood my lips are dark color i wont use any face creams this problem is from 18yrs age till today, recently deliverd a baby boy now his age is 9months , always my hemoglobin percentage is less.
Can u please suggest me any home remedies or good diet.

Hi.....Post acne pigmentation is very common. Use sunscreens regularly.This ll help in avoiding further pigmentation. Chemical peeling helps in clearing the exciting pigmentation. Other treatment options include lasers, mesotherapies ect.Dark patches at the edges of lips is due to nutritional deficiencies.Take good balanced diet rich in antioxidants like fresh fruit, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, boiled egg ect.consult a dermatologist for appropriate treatment.
