Pimples on stomach and inner thigh

Hi, I am having to many pimples on lower part of stomach and both the inner thigh. The pimples on stomach causes itching and pimple on inner thigh causes itching and burning. These pimples are spreading. Please suggest a cure. Attaching the pic of stomach and thigh pimples.
