Pimples on my back
I am getting many pimples on my back, same pimples as it gets on face. It releases a little bit of fluid or puss when popped. No itching but pimples of all sizes. My back looks bad.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Trunkal acne is common among teenagers and young adults. You'll improve with topical anti acne medications and may even require a short course of oral medications. Please see a qualified dermatologist near you or you could even consult online.  Warm regards,  Dr Govind S Mittal,  Therapeia Skin Hair and ENT centre.
