Pimples on face

et too many pimples on my face. Have tried controlling my diet and follow the proper hygiene, still these pimples keep on coming. Some time they have some pale white color liquid however will also draw blood. I m 28 so not very sure if it is due to hormones. Please suggest.

Acne could cause due to many reasons. Have you been to any doctor before? Suggest not to puncture them, which will lead to axne scars. You can visit our clinic to assess ur case better.
