Pimples like spots on Back
Hi, I have red spots and pimples on entire back. I am not sure is it some skin disease or just excessive heat

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. This might be acneform erruptions , p folliculitis or simple Milliaria. Each one has specific treatment. Provide with clear photos so that accurate diagnosis can be made and treatment can be given to you accordingly.
