Sir i had been  facing redness and pimples on face since 3 years. What i have to do for getting rid of redness and pimples. And small small white powder like bacteria there.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Acne or pimples can lead to pigmentation and scarring especially of long duration.  Small white powder like bacteria must be comedones. Redness and pimples require proper treatment and follow up with a dermatologist.
