Pimples and balckheads. Dnt eat outside!

I have sensitive combination skin...my t zonr z comparatively oily than rest part of the face.. i used to have pimple problem but i had minor ones..recently i hv started breaking out very often and the big pimples are leaving marks on my face..i have blackheads around my nose cheeks and chin...recently i have noticed dark edges around my lips...i have consulted a derma for pimples marks but results are not much evident...i have open pores as well which traps dust and oil...my beautician hs suggested me to apply tomato for open pores and a face clean up for removal of blackheads and dirt. I have never undertaken a face clean up before bcoz of minor acne..please guide...right now m very stressed about this problem...i exercise regularly and usualy dnt eat outside
