Pimples all over arms
There are pimples all over my arms and it's from 2 years and it never vanishes. I have tried many medicines but it never worked. So kindly tell me the solution

Can you post a picture . Anyways the condition you are trying to explain seems to be Keratosis pilaris . This runs in family , so treatment is rather difficult. You can try Retinoid creams at bedtime and apply moisturisers in the morning. Will get back to you once again after you post the picture.
