Scars appear on the face if you dont treat them early. If the pimples are in clustered or nodular they leave deep marks n scars on the face They will need proper analysis and treatment.

Greetings.. Pimples are one of the most common problems seen in teenagers and young adults. Many a time one tries to disturb the acne with the help of fingers and eventually land up with a scar or Hyper pigmentated spot. If you are doing this then please stop. Apart from this I advise you to improve your hydration & hygiene. The spots can be addressed by lasers/peels  if appropriate. Whenever possible please get yourself checked by a Specialist. Treatment  always requires clinical examination. Good luck

Hello...pimple spots are reduced when skin lightening treatment is given.which includes topical creams like azelaic acid or kojic or glycolic acid creams applied at night over spots.use of sunscreen during day time and afternoon.other treatments like peels, microdermabrasion, laser too help in reducing spots.
Next Steps
stop creams what you are using. ketoconazole is for fungal infection and clindamycin is for active pimples.
