I have pimples on lower part and on a testicals. These i have since long...now want to get rid of them.

They may be or may not be pimples . Most of the time you get benign cysts st these places . If they are cyst they may increase in size and no and are needed to be removed physicallly by a good experienced dermatologist under local anaesthesia.
