I applied OXIDOBEN on my pimple as recommended by my doctor now pimple gone but a red mark is left what to do to this how it will go fast

Apply cream containing azelaic acid 10% only on mark at night.use sunscreen with spf 30 all over face during morning and repeat after three hrs at afternoon.
