On my (left side) butt thr is big pimple. Ass pass kafi swelling bhi h or vo area pe tight ho gya h or bahut painfull h. What treatment should I take. Pls suggest

Looks like furuncle.
Start antibiotics : tab augmentin 625mg thrice daily for a week. For pain, take a pain relief medication: tab flexon as and when required.
If there is no relief, you can consult again.
