Pimple more than 25 days
Hello doctor my sister have one pimple on above upper lips for more than 25 days. She try everything betnovate,neoclean,deriva, coconut oil etc but it didn't reduce size. Picture is attached. Please can you tell me the cause and any cream or medicine for this. She was diagnosed with pcos 6 years ago. Weight is 75 kg. Recently tried for weight loss but currently I want solution of pimple. Please suggest any medicine or cream. Thanks in advance.
