I have normal to oily fair skin with recent pimples marks looking prominently reddish.

Acne vulagris is due to oilness and hormonal changes...we cannot disturb hormones but we can reduce oil production which leads to comedomes...it take a little patience....proper topical and oral Medication will give good results...do online private consultation and I will prescribe u treatment
