Pimple kind of thing on lower breast

Asked for Female, 22 Years

There is a pimple or lump kind of thing with little redness on the lower part of the breast with not severe pain..it was a little larger few days back but after applying anti fungal cream it reduced...but it's not going completely..is there anything to worry about..??
