Pimple in mouth
There is a pimple like thing in my tongue. its deep inside my mouth. its difficult for me to eat or drink anything. when i swallow something I'm having intense pain in my right ear. please help.

Hi there I understand your concern...avoid taking spicy ,hot ,chilly food items , avoid smoking ,chewing beetle nuts , alcohol, take vitamin tablets ,apply local anesthetic to area ,have tender coconut, buttermilk . have lot of fruits and vegetables... Consult nearest physician for clinical examination they will help you further.
